HOA at Orchard Trail

Orchard Trail is a lifestyle community designed around enhancing the quality of life for it's residents. To do so, they've enacted a Homeowners Association with a monthly fee of $277.33 that covers much of your outside maintenance - like grass cutting!

In addition to the home landscape maintenance, the HOA will include landscape irrigation along the entry drive, gaslight (look) street lights, and front entry wall lighting. All homes will have front yard irrigation so that the whole community stays beautiful.
